Permanent research facility in Arctic region by India
I am aware about Extraordinary research facility by Americans at South Pole. I have not heard anybody having any such facility at North pole. Is India Pioneering it? May be we should start thinking about preparing a platform like Bombay High at North pole. B the time we execute our plans we will have all waters at north pole

Help is available from many sides. Being a Surgeon we come across so many poor Patients who are being helped from many quarters. Humans are unique. Some Humans are special. Good you helped somebody who needed help. Next time whenever you get time to take fresh air ..look around you will find somebody who needs help.
In Ganeshotsav 2007 we are conducting Cancer awareness program on megascale. Sometimes I join the volunteer team to put up posters at Strategic locations in the city. The Time chosen for putting posters is generally very early morning 3-4 am so as to avoid heavy chaotic daytime traffic. During intial such ventures I had noticed so many homeless people taking shelter at bus stops or any overhanging tin sheet. ....These homeless people are just not rnoticed during the daytime.........God bless everybody. Even if a single hand of help is extended, there could be epidemic of smiles.

At many places surgeries are done free.
Many surgeons including me don't mind doing free surgeries for needy. Patients can save money on many fronts. For example Cancer Patient saves huge amount of money, energy and hardship just by getting it detected at early stage.
